Y Gorlan or `Fold’ is the smallest of the properties.  Built on a lower level than the other two and having its’ own private enclosed lawn and sheltered patio area – it has an enchanting quality and its’ own individual character.  Furnished with a more modern feel – the Gorlan is a place where traditional meets modern.  Its’ two large openings built for easy access are now glazed and the patio doors lead out into the garden.  This provides you with a light and airy open plan kitchen and living area.  This double height room has exposed beams and trusses above the modern high gloss cream kitchen with its’ electric oven and hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.  In the living area there is a wall mounted TV with DVD player and Nintendo Wii.  The Gorlan sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, one double room on the ground floor and one twin gallery room on the first floor.  Stairs crafted by a local carpenter lead to the twin room from the living area.  There is a bathroom on the ground floor with P bath with shower above. 

If you open the gate at the side of the Gorlan and follow the path around to the back you have easy access to the large shared garden.

NB As the twin room is a gallery room, it is not suitable for young children.
